The Lukhi family’s business journey began in 2004 with Shree Kuberlaxmi Textiles and Shree Mahalaxmi Textiles.

The early years focused on learning the market, developing practical expertise and building lasting business relationships within Surat’s textile industry. Over time, these businesses became the foundation of the family’s entrepreneurial journey.

2021The next generation

A new chapter

In 2021, the second generation of the Lukhi family entered the business and began shaping its next chapter.

The objective was not simply to continue what already existed. It was to understand how the group’s experience, relationships and foundation could create value in new areas.

This modern, entrepreneurial approach opened opportunities beyond traditional textile operations—into consumer fashion through Shree Kuberlaxmi Textiles and B2B industrial cutting solutions through Shree Mahalaxmi Textiles.
